Leading software services provider ELMS Aviation (ELMS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Roman Bihuniak as a Business Consultant.

Roman’s appointment comes at an exciting time for ELMS, as they look to further expand their product offering and prepare the business for the next phase of growth. Roman brings with him a wealth of aviation experience, particularly regulatory subject matter expertise, which will bolster ELMS’ development capability.
Roman’s work in aviation spans nearly 45 years; previously the Vice President of Quality & Safety at Etihad Airways Engineering, Roman has an extensive knowledge of current EASA, UAE GCAA, FAA and UK CAA regulations and the interrelations with current Safety Management Systems (SMS) including their evaluation and implementation.
Prior to that Roman was a Senior Airworthiness Surveyor at United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (UKCAA) where he was a key member of the UKCAA’s (Safety Regulation Group) Airworthiness Evaluation & Survey Department, ensuring that activities undertaken by approved organisations and individuals conformed to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness standards.
