Product Support Specialist

ELMS Aviation are looking for a Product Support Specialist to take a leading role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing success of the ELMS product.  Joining ELMS at a very exciting time in the growth of the company, the position of Product Support Specialist will participate in customer implementations from a programme management and training perspective, manage and develop existing customer relationships, along with providing technical support as part of the ELMS support function.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Programme management of customer implementations of ELMS;
  • Provision of end user training to customers;
  • Manage and develop customer relationships, in order to maximise the use/adoption of ELMS;
  • Act as voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product development roadmap;
  • Support the customer support helpdesk; to include
    • Liaising with customers to fulfil support requests;
    • Liaising with customers to trouble-shoot and triage any incidents experienced;
  • Support the development of the product through UAT & functionality testing;

Person Specification – Essential:

  • Confident to work in a customer facing capacity working with a range of business stakeholders;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A can-do attitude and appetite to learn, progress and take on new challenges;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Experience of developing strong relationships with a range of stakeholders;
  • Flexibility to work across multiple roles in order to support the business requirements;
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites;
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Person Specification – Preferable:

  • A technology background is very desirable;
  • Experience of using/managing software applications;
  • A technical understanding of software applications;
  • Previous programme management and training delivery experience;
  • Experience and understanding of aviation and aircraft maintenance;


  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Educated to degree level desirable but not essential

  • Competitive salary up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
